Pressing instructions:

• Use a heat press with temperature of 325 -350 degrees. (Check your material seetung for your heat press machine)
• 7-10 second press time
• Heavy Pressure, Hot Peel

Do not use butcher paper or any cover over this transfer when pressing. This is for direct heat. 

Transfers can be used on any garments  that are 100% cotton, polyester, and/or cotton/poly blends.
